I have 25+ years experience of delivering effective, £multi-million transformation and business-critical change at scale for leading institutions across financial industries, as an independent contractor, as a consultancy lead and as a permanent member of staff.Working directly for C-level Executives, I have structured and delivered Business Readiness and Readiness Assurance for large scale transformation programmes on 4 occasions.As Business Lead I delivered a $40M programme implementing a global, Digital omni-channel, point of sale platform and standardised Digital customer experience into HSBC's 10 largest global markets.I delivered an up-scaled bond origination capability, supported by secondary credit and gilts trading.As a consultancy lead working directly for the CIO, I delivered a CRM pilot, a Single Customer View facility for Risk, an Asset Management Front Office Portal on tablets and smartphones, implemented a new Stocking Finance business and structured a new Middle and Back Office programme.I structured and managed the high-profile Government Asset Protection Scheme programme at Lloyds Banking Group coordinating with all core business divisions, IT, Legal and the HM Treasury.For 9 years I directed back office cash equity transaction processing and regulatory reporting, owning relationships with key vendors and UK regulatory authorities and managing multiple delivery teams globally.
