Decades of support experience and all round client champion having worked for a variety of organisations, including Netcel, Star Professional Software Solutions Ltd, AT&T and IRIS Software Group (twice!) and now Ascent. My career, skills and experience have been shaped from working at all levels of support service provision, including exposure to digital solutions, custom application support and Managed Service, retail software support and engineer management. This results in a strong understanding of the right approach to support service provision and service management. Skilled in creating a happy team and delighted clients, via strong workflows, service excellence and escalation & account management. Ultimately clients know they can rely on both me, my team and my organisation to help them when they need it, and even support them when they don't realise they need assistance.
