Managed a 10-state sales portfolio of clients and represented his firm’s service solutions across the entire electric power value chain (i.e., generation, trading, delivery, retail, and shared services) in these primary areas: Customer Relationship Management, Strategy (including Process and Transformation), Supply Chain Management, Technology Integration & Infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions, World-Class Finance, and Managed Services. Grew from zero and managed a pipeline exceeding $50 million including several new projects such as a new ERP and enterprise-wide upgraded ERPs, new and upgraded WAMs, new and upgraded CISs, Talent Management (and associated LMS), Data Centers, Revenue Assurance, and Enterprise Information Search.
