Currently a member of the 3PAR Storage Engineering Response Team supporting the 3PAR/Primera product line.Global Solutions Engineering Resolution Team for HPE 3PAR/Primera, provide Tier 3 support and services for complex, customer problem resolution for the HPE 3PAR/Primera Storage array, HPE 3PAR/Primera OS and its products; collaborating with HPE 3PAR/Primera Engineering to resolve issues and make improvements to the HPE 3PAR/Primera products. Also, involved with software development of applications to aid in the support of the HPE 3PAR/Primera Storage array and the HPE 3PAR/Primera OS. Current software development utilizes PERL, Tcl/Tk via PERL, C# and bash for both WINDOWS and Linux environments. Other activities include mentoring, training presentations, writing service advisories and other technical documents. Accomplishments: - Winner of the 2018 HPE 3PAR Storage Engineering “Think Unconstrained” Engineering contest. - Developed support tools have been adopted by several HPE 3PAR Engineering teams other than HPE 3PAR support team.Environment: WINDOWS and Linux.Previous Position:Techical Consultant - Previously worked on a team that supports a customer who is utilizing OpenVMS, OpenVMS Clusters, Host Based Volume Shadowing, Host Based Mini-Merges to name a few of the features implemented. Hardware being utilized are AlphaServers and primarily EVA storage. Responsibilities include Senior Technical Lead; Regional Problem Escalation Lead; problem resolutions; performance analysis; infrastructure guidance and architecture; on-site installations.
