Responsibilities:Reporting directly to the Area Operations Manager. Control of each mine sites budget and DIFOT. Communicating daily with internal and external stake holders. Ensuring a safe, productive and compliant working environment is available for the organisations North Bowen Basin Operations and the Clients with focus on conformance to processes and procedures. The role covers supervision of up to 7 mining sites over the Bowen basin with 55 personnel and a fleet of 20 Bomb Trucks. • Maintenance and calibration rosters for all equipment • HIPO, JSA and Risk Assessment facilitation.• Meeting with the Client frequently to ensure the companies contractual obligations are met.• OH&S Audits, SHAERS incident reporting, Critical Control Audits• Managing annual leave and sick leave rosters to ensure all sites meet the contracted quota. • Managing 55 Operators, a fleet of 20 Mobile Processing Units and 10 LVs over 7 sites• Ensure training, inductions and legislative formalities are current

Responsibilities:Reporting to the Engineering Manager. Ensuring all projects are implemented safely, within budget and delivered on-time. Building solid relationships, coordinating and engaging positively with both internal and external stakeholders. Project sizes vary from small depot maintenance and upgrades to complete depot builds for our operational team as well as the manufacture and construction of machinery including project management for underground operations. Running and co-ordinating multiple projects at one time (based in Qld and NSW). Supply monthly detailed progress/status report on finances and progress. Other key responsibilities/skills:• SAP finance project management control.• Risk Assessment facilitation and action data base follow up.• OH&S safety conscious with no LTIs for the contractors or Dyno employees.• Environmentally astute and able to comprehend the immediate and broader environmental effects of a project, and work closely with these groups to ensure a viable solution is gained for all parties.• Proficient in OH&S safety data bases entries. ICARs, SAOs, SHAERs• Reporting and developing CAPEX proposals for submission to the Board of directors• Generating orders, processing payments and full accountability for project costs.

Responsibilities:Managed a rapidly growing company’s nation wide operations sector in the water and waste water industry. Management of 6 project managers, the manufacturing division and resources for remote sites. Reporting directly to the Chief/Director of Operations and the Board of Directors, my focus was on project delivery within the set margins, inclusive of but not limited to:• Onsite supervision of up to 60 personnel• Forming synergistic alliances with credible businesses to offer a viable solution. • Negotiations and consultative solutions with Developers, Councils and Government bodies.• Meet project deliverables as per the contract and budget• Design reviews with process engineers and to review of all P&IDS and drawings prior to issue for construction/manufacture• Health and Safety pre project delivery, during project construction and post construction reviews• Advice on aspects of conceptual design and implementation.• Contractual negotiations pre and post project delivery.• Manage expenditure and budgets on all projects.Until suitable managers were engaged I was also charged with the management of:• Tender preparation and site orientation on all projects.• The maintenance division.• Health & Safety.• The drawing office and estimating department.• Logistics including site crews on and off sites.

Responsibilities:A Director of the company involved in providing turn-key solutions and the integration of wastewater treatment processes, effluent disposal and irrigation projects which included sales and marketing, project management, installation and product development. Personal knowledge and experience in:• Marketing and sales: trade shows, developing relationships with consulting engineers, plumbers and drain layers. Waste water workshops and training of installers.• Feasibility Studies.• Effluent Process Design.• Health and Safety Criteria.• Project Installation and management.• Cost effective turnkey solutions and waste minimisation.

• Introduced hybridised waste water treatment systems for drought stricken communities.• Developed Biogas technologies and usage for remote locations.Responsibilities:Formed alliances with CSIR in South Africa, German Biogas technologies and a University’s School of Engineering in Sweden. Undertook workshops and presentations for groups of engineers and students. My main focus was to sell waste water treatment solutions. The company installed over twenty five large projects in the waste water industry ranging from 2m3/day to 2megl/day. Installed and/or supplied technology to Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, Kenya, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
