The Fairmont, a four-star luxury hotel, is located in the centre of the Principality of Monaco and has 596 guest rooms, residences and suites, as well as four restaurants, including Nobu and a Nikki Beach• Acting for KE Hotels on the development financing with Bank Leumi of a new 130 bed Moxy by Marriot hotel in Spinningfields Manchester• Acting for London & Regional Properties on the financing with Deutsche Bank of the Lensbury, a four-star hotel and leisure and members’ club comprising a spa, pool, gym and tennis courts on 25 acres by the River Thames in Teddington• Acting for Alpha Real Capital on its investment and funding in a regional medical centre development• Advising London & Regional Properties on the refinancing of The Hiton, Park Lane, London. The hotel is Hilton’s flagship in London, opening in 1963. The 28 storey hotel includes a Michelin starred restaurant, Galvin at Windows on the top floor• Acting for an overseas institution on its participation in a £140m UK development financing• Acting for Otium Real Estate on the financing of its acquisition of the Robin Leisure Park in Wigan• Acting for a UK lender on the £35m financing of a residential tower development in Kings Cross• Acting for a well-known bank on its refinancing of a large PRS scheme in Battersea• Advising a corporate borrower on the restructuring of its retail debt facilities
