• Few Projects are highlighted below. o High Complex Projects currently managing – Bondi WWRF OOPS Renewal - $43M, Sylvania vacuum system (450 properties) and pumping station Upgrade - $25M. o Medium Complex – Illawarra.
• Conduct regular meetings with the project stakeholders to resolve design issues and make sure the stage 2 target cost build-ups are accurate to avoid cost overrun in stage 2.
• Ensure the projects risks are captured, and quantitative assessment completed to ensure right contingency are there in delivery stage.
