Performed budgeting and strategic direction of both IT and Operations departments. Combined budget exceeds $20M. ● Reengineered nightly batch processing applications to meet market requirements for money market firm. Designed and implemented changes in 2 months. Allowed company to meet SLA that resulted in retention of $5B in assets under management. ● Instituted project management office that put structure around operations and information technology deliverables. Hired/built dedicated teams that were able to rapidly refocus efforts and adapt to new project requirements. Successfully completed 20 initiatives in first year. ● Reorganized asset management firm operations and information technology teams. Company doubled assets under management while increasing staff 5% to headcount of 120 employees through increased efficiencies, technological advancements, and personnel changes.
