As Programmer Analyst Responsible for the conversion of legacy based systems (Iseries RPGLE) to gui applications (Visual Age) for the Agent Center (Citrix) and Home Office. As Programmer Analyst Set up the imaging system (IMS21) and modified the software to meet business needs. As Programmer Analyst Responsible for the programming and implementation of new insurance plans and interest rate changes. As Programmer Analyst Modified the policy page process to automatically retrieve word documents, change their tray assignment, duplex print, and image them. As Programmer Analyst Modified many manual daily processes to run overnight, automatically email reports to agents and store them in imaging. As Programmer Analyst Developed programs to automatically change the source code to externalize program described files (which greatly shortened the duration of the project). As Programmer Analyst Developed trigger programs to track changes to any field within a file. As Programmer Analyst Converted the Websphere Code editor to a gui application.
