Developed a kitchen equipment layout, in two phases, and provide specifications for food service contractor to purchase and install equipment. Based on growth and streamlined equipment plan, enabled food service contractor to provide all equipment ($121,050) as part of current meal cost to customer. Customer and contractor a win/win. - Worked with customer to develop RFP to include more fully detailed specifications of product and service.
