Responsible for the sale of a portfolio of both voluntary and employer funded group vision programs to groups with 10-999 employees nationally through a network of brokers and consultants.

• Responsible for the recruiting, credentialing, contracting, service and retention of providers (physicians, hospitals and ancillary) for Encore’s PPO network(s). • Directed the sales, marketing and retention activities of Encore’s portfolio of products including the PPO health network(s), health management services, wellness programs and the dental PPO network.

• Responsible for the development and operational implementation of a new portfolio of products. • Recruited and trained a sales / administrative department to distribute the new products through a network of brokers to small group employers.• Worked with Deloitte to develop the core competencies to support the administrative requirements for the delivery of the new portfolio of products to <50 group clients. • Recruited staff to fill positions to support the sales and administration of the products. • Directed staff responsible for the development of a brokerage network to sell the products.• Sold 275 new groups and 3,500 new member = $8.4 million dollars in annualized revenue.

• Responsible for the development of the corporate marketing plan, product development to include self and fully funded HMO products, HRAs, dental and life products, and lead the CRM initiative for AHS.• Developed and introduced self-funded products / services to brokers on a statewide basis.• Introduced a portfolio of integrated dental products through an outside vendor.• Lead the corporate CRM initative and started the implementation of this project.

• Developed and distributed all dental products and services to BCBS of Illinois, Texas, New Mexico, and FDL/MLI Insurance Companies.• Responsible for the operational oversight of the full service adminstrative functions performed by DNoA on Anthem's behalf for Indiana and Ohio.• Transitioned and operationalized 60,000 DHMO and 20,000 PPO/Traditional dental members from other administrators to DNoA.• Implemented national market network and gain Aon & Grant Thornton as new clients for BCBSIL.• Worked with BCBS of Illinois sales distribution staff and consultants to promote the sale of dental.
