Using the capital from my successful online marketing ventures I began investing into Property throughout Scotland. And after being a landlord I noticed a wide range of difficulties when it came to selling tenanted properties and finding quality property management solutions. In late 2021 as I was exiting my Marketing Agency Get Me Links, I decided to create Let Property which specialises in Landlord to Landlord Property Sales and Property Management. Utilising my extensive marketing experience I've been able to grow the company to the largest investment property brokerage in Scotland in a very short space of time as we continue to dominate many UK locations with our unique and personalised approach to Property Sales and Lettings for Landlords.

[Exited Company for ~$2m in 2021] After running a full service SEO Agency for many years I became particularly skilled at building backlinks which is a key component of SEO which helps websites rank on Google. I worked as a supplier for a company called DFY Links owned by SEO Influencer Charles Floate. In late 2019 I acquired this company from him and merged it with Get Me Links which became one of the largest link building companies in the world in 2021. We scaled the company with my creation of "The Link Report" which showed customers how many backlinks that their websites needed using a proprietary link scoring algorithm that I created. The Link Report then quoted clients for the products that they needed to buy in order to Rank at the top of Google. This allowed clients to get predictable ranking results and completely changed the SEO and Backlink Building industry. We scaled this company from around $80k per month in 2020 to around $300k per month at our peak allowed me to exit the company in late 2022 for a multiple 7 figure sum.

After building websites for clients through High School I began to understand the importance of online marketing. Whilst at University, I ran my marketing agency Jump Online which worked a range of clients in Local niches around the UK, we primarily used SEO to rank them to the top of Google which would bring them high quality leads and a return on their marketing spend. In late 2016 we began to work with some national E-Commerce brands helping them claim the top spots on Google too.

My mother waited for me outside a cafe for me while I closed first web design client at the age of 14. I designed websites for local businesses whilst I was in High School and off the back of doing this, I began to understand the importance of online marketing as I was creating fantastic websites that my clients loved, but they didn't understand how to get visitors on the websites that I had spent so much time building.
