Downsized 3/11/16 - Lead strategy consulting and client account management to drive business development for large corporations who seek innovative performance and learning solutions. Supporting large key accounts in development of innovative solutions where the extended blend of solutions from custom eLearning development to seamless integration of Embedded Performance Support [EPS] components enable holistic, ecosystem-wide implementations.Cross-industry focus on enterprise-wide ERP/CRM deployments as well as SalesForce and other critical business applications. Shifting the emphasis from training programs as the cornerstone effort for creating sustained capability within the workforce to a contextual convergence of learning and performance content within workflows for the Performer at their Point(s)-of-Work and at all five moments of need.Most recent assignment involved building a L&D portfolio for Workforce Performance Solutions that integrated performance support into formal learning to support the 70:20:10 framework through evolving linear learning design models to agile-based methods. This approach integrated task-centric, role-specific attributes of the post-training "Point-of-Work" into "intentional design" practices that extended the blend of performance support assets directly into experiential learning. These same assets, being intentionally designed, also served as contextual support within the workflow through the use of EPSS technology where appropriate. The results reduced training development time by 66% and classroom instruction time by half during the pilot deployment.

Reduction in Force 081010 - In this role I was responsible for all learning architecture. Inventory included two LMS platforms, content authoring tools, digital classrooms, virtual learning & collaboration space, video and web conferencing, rich-media streaming technology and content repositories, assessment tool integration, and innovation through new social learning technologies and Web 2.0 tools. Deployed a new generation EPSS platform to support Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade within finance, HR, and learning management platforms. Second phase to support EPIC electronic medical records system integration. Reduced classroom training by 50% and call volumes to the Help Desk by 40% for systems supported after GoLive. Payback projected in less than one year.Architecture focus was internal, external and cross-discipline with local entities including collaboration with University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. As leader of a newly formed team, we were actively involved in the creation of our own state of readiness to support a high velocity, continuous learning environment.

Implementation of virtual classroom methods and technology to address needs for immediacy of sales training and in-field technical sales support eliminated 70% of travel costs to train and increased frequency of shorter more focused training and performer support. Enabled delivery of short performer support objects to support informal learning on-demand by field sales reps and techs at moment of need.Embedded new competencies into Learning & Development Team to expand discovery with internal training clients to support post-training reinforcement through both technology and methods to enable a continuous flow of learning and support at the point of work and moments of need. Developed an early Learning Continuum framework prototype in conjunction with enterprise-wide implementation of SAP. Utilized EPSS-based performer support methods and technology to provide learning within the workflow while using on-line systems.
