Supporting large key accounts in development of innovative solutions where the extended blend of solutions from custom eLearning development to seamless integration of Embedded Performance Support [EPS] components enable holistic, ecosystem-wide implementations.Cross-industry focus on enterprise-wide ERP/CRM deployments as well as SalesForce and other critical business applications. Shifting the emphasis from training programs as the cornerstone effort for creating sustained capability within the workforce to a contextual convergence of learning and performance content within workflows for the Performer at their Point(s)-of-Work and at all five moments of need.Most recent assignment involved building a L&D portfolio for Workforce Performance Solutions that integrated performance support into formal learning to support the 70:20:10 framework through evolving linear learning design models to agile-based methods. This approach integrated task-centric, role-specific attributes of the post-training "Point-of-Work" into "intentional design" practices that extended the blend of performance support assets directly into experiential learning. These same assets, being intentionally designed, also served as contextual support within the workflow through the use of EPSS technology where appropriate. Deployed a new generation EPSS platform to support Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 upgrade within finance, HR, and learning management platforms. Second phase to support EPIC electronic medical records system integration. Reduced classroom training by 50% and call volumes to the Help Desk by 40% for systems supported after GoLive. Payback projected in less than one year.Architecture focus was internal, external and cross-discipline with local entities including collaboration with University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. As leader of a newly formed team, we were actively involved in the creation of our own state of readiness to support a high velocity, continuous learning environment. -
