About Gary Worth
I recently left my field of broadcast journalism to do something entirely different -- to help manage the not-for-profit Principals' Training Center lovingly and patiently developed by my sister, Bambi Betts. The PTC offers professional development to international educators (people who work in English speaking international schools) around the globe. Through this job, I am able to meet and work with the most amazing educators who teach and educate in all sorts of incredible places. My personal profession is broadcast journalism. I have 30 years experience in TV news, as a reporter, videographer, editor, interviewer, anchor, producer and news director. I have also produced numerous documentaries for public television, and produced and hosted live programs, debates, weekly shows and election coverage, I taught TV reporting at New Mexico State University for 16 years.Specialties: ENG shooting and editing, TV producing, TV news production, on air hosting and interviewing, newsroom management, college level instruction, operations management, event planning.
