Audio / Visual Project Manager for specialty exhibits.Provide leadership and guidance over client event Audio-Visual productions with budgets up to $350K from inception to completion.Identify project needs, manage technical production elements including technical production design, production load-in and out, and installation and operation of production equipment.Develop and manage production calendar, ensure proper technical event staffing, and compliance with all timeline requirements and critical path schedules.Deliver timely consistent and accurate integrated project communications with all stakeholders.Manage technical and labor crew up to 50 including lighting, sound and scenic designers, camera operators, camera director, and projection personnel, and various specialty stage personnel.Manage technical rehearsals, interface with talent, and manage client expectations.Ensure compliance with all corporate best practices, OSHA and safety regulations, and fire code compliance.Ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations and issue change orders due to changes in scope of work.
