In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the budget and resources, leading the strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the quality and impact of the programs. I leveraged my skills in marketing communications, new business development, and customer relationship management to increase the visibility, reach, and sustainability of Pledges Inc.
