Currently, I am the Chief Operating Officer at Pledges Inc, a registered 501 (C) (3) non-profit based in the United States. Pledges Inc supports the best technology training organizations in emerging markets to provide thousands of young people with the skills required to succeed in tech careers. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing the budget and resources, leading the strategic planning and execution, and ensuring the quality and impact of the programs. I also established and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tech company founders, donors, partners, and beneficiaries. I leveraged my skills in marketing communications, new business development, and customer relationship management to increase the visibility, reach, and sustainability of Pledges Inc. Under my leadership, Pledges Inc expanded its presence and impact in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America, and empowered thousands of youth to join the tech ecosystem and leave their mark on the world.
