We are a non-profit - 501(c)(3) - providing funding and financial support for IT Training Bootcamps across the world to equip young people with relevant IT skills and certifications. We are seeking partnerships with dynamic and cutting edge training organizations in the IT sector. Our focus on training is to equip young and mid-level professionals with the skills relevant and needed to enter and succeed in the IT sector in their own countries as well as globally. We believe that training individuals and helping them secure viable job opportunities, is the first step to a sustainable and economically secure future. We focus greatly on the impact of the training programs we support, by the employment and placement numbers and the salaries generated. We also encourage our partners to focus on financial sustainability, by remaining engaged with the graduates and alumni. By encouraging the alumni to give and pledge back to their parent organization, we ensure that our investment is revolved to support future students & trainees, and create a financial sustainability pipeline for the training bootcamps and organizations.
