Devil is in the details, therefore every aspect of my work is meticulously planned out. As soon as I know what must be done to complete a task, I can be extremely focused to get it done before deadline but that doesn’t mean that I don't appreciate fresh contributions from my teammates. “Learning never exhausts the mind” this proverb by da Vinci says it all, it gives me great satisfaction to be able to learn new ideas and skills and I am constantly challenging myself to do that. I feel like a work place should be comfortable and welcoming thus, I always find new ways to strengthen teamwork and elevate the team’s morale. I give upmost value to team member’s effort and empower them.My background in hospitality jobs has prepared me to become resilient and initiative.
