Current• Interact with the product team for any new feature release. Have the walkthrough with the team and provide them the points which is required from usability and data security prospective.• Take the new requirement from client analyses its feasibility and implement the same.• Done the walkthrough of the new functionality with the Client.• Prepared the SQL scripts which provide the total number of transactions done in the system process wise in the whole month.• Take care of all the data related issue prepare the queries for the rectification or reconciliation of data as and when required.• Implement a solution which will automate the onboarding process of new customer.• Handling client’s escalation calls and providing them workaround till they get the permanent fix of the issues to continue their business.• Prepared a technical guide for new joiners/juniors which provide them steps to investigate a issue.• Managing team scrum and utilization tracker for team members.• Involved in the Audits happened on client end for providing them the evidences and other details as per their requirement.• Get on the call with client for pulse checks.
