Project Coordinator(Clinical Trials)
CurrentProject coordination of clinical trial projects and patient support programs• Sample collection and shipment coordination• Real-time data entry of the project deliverable indicators • Record keeping of the source documents received with the samples• Coordinating with logistic service providers/ vendors to facilitate the smooth operations of all the projects undertaken• Serve as the focal contact for all aspect of the sample collection, shipment, query related to sample and reports, i.e., client services to study sponsor / corporate / CRO / Hospitals / Patients• Query handling and resolution• Coordinating with internal and external customers to address al the queries related to sample collection, shipping, sample quality, report turn-around times etc.• Assisting the senior colleagues in vendor management, invoicing and finance management of the projects undertaken• Assisting the senior staffs in validating the SOPs/ work flow and working documents developed for a project operations• Meeting with sponsors/ vendors for project updates and discussion as and when required• Providing daily/ weekly/ monthly project updates to the project sponsors
