Ø  Responsible for ensuring the best rates on our site.Ø  Check rates at all times and report where required any system breakages, extreme fluctuations and suggest / implement desired actions.Ø  Make daily report of competitor’s rates vs ours for sale / purchase of various currencies and take required actions to be competitive.Ø  Responsible for Customer escalations management & Customer experience.Ø  Stay coordinated (intra-day / next day) with vendor management seat to be able to coordinate with customers where delays are reported by vendors to our vendor management.Ø  Meeting Forex vendors to resolve issues & improve their work performance.Ø  Overseeing and providing analytical support for business optimization initiative.             Ø  Timely troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required, identify probable risks, and take proactive steps in risk management.Ø  Build and manage sustainable and strong forex channel partner’s network across pan India.Ø  Handling the card ops & channel partner and make sure cards & currency are getting delivered & loaded within TAT.Ø  Managing distribution center for forex cards across pan India and make sure that forex cards are delivered within TAT.Ø  Managing Channal partner for currency notes & wire transfer across pan India and make sure that transactions are executed within TAT.Ø   Directed and managed oversight of operational activities of support teams and their managers, including four to five departments under operation and their day-to-day issue, (Lead Management team, Vendor Management team, Card Operation team & Pan India Delivery Team).

 Responsibility to convert the lead received from the portal and get new business through various platforms like Justdial, offline agent etc.  Engage with customers through email & calls, who need forex products. Understanding the customer requirements & offering them the best recommended services and solutions. Check all Indra day & unclaimed transaction, where transaction is delayed from customer side.  Take follow-ups for all the Cancelled transactions, take the feedback and verified the reason for transaction cancellation. Assist customer seeking foreign exchange / remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with vendors/branches or partnering banks. Make sure that customers are delighted by services & are happy with the products provided to them. Handling all customer query related with forex, through Chat, Email & call
