Gaurav is a Business Technology Leader with experience in helping organisations formulate strategies for Business & Digital transformation, and also in cradle to the grave delivery of strategic initiatives.In his current role as VP, Technology he is responsible for driving Digital Transformation across corporate functions in Piramal Enterprises Limited, the financial services business of the Group.In his previous role, he was part of the Aditya Birla Group (corporate), where he extensively worked with the group businesses across Digital, Innovation and Strategy. As the Chief of Staff to the Chief Innovation Officer & Business Head, he worked very closely with the executive leadership team to drive the group innovation agenda (Digital, Data & Analytics, Consumer, Sustainability and Innovation including start-ups). During his stint in the Corporate Digital Function, he was responsible for Group wide Digital Tech. Platform led transformation initiatives and Strategic Tech. Partnerships & Contracts. In prior roles, his experience has been primarily in the Digital /IT Strategy Consulting space as part of which has led many successful consulting engagements, delivered complex programmes, while developing teams & building capabilities. His specialities are Digital Strategy & Road-map, Large Digital/Tech. Deals/Contracts, Strategic Partnerships/Alliances, Change Management of Digital Initiatives, Tech. Portfolio Rationalisation, Enterprise Architecture and Programme/Project Management.
