I am the Joint MD of the RIMTEX Group of companies, manufacturer and exporter of textile machinery and components. I lead the International Business and Business Development of the six group companies. I take pride in steering the group's global footprints, which are spread far and wide across the globe. Our products and solutions serve nearly the entire spectrum of needs for the Textile Spinning industry. The group's network is spread in 57 countries, has earned a leading position across different product groups and is among the largest manufacturer of spinning cans in the world.I find motivation in pursuit of excellence, and the smell of fresh challenges sustains my enthusiasm. I am a strong proponent of progress, and I'm not too fond of half-hearted efforts. Producing 'nothing but the best' drives all my efforts, and we have established 'Let's Promote Quality' as the group's motto. I am a firm believer in the power of 'Innovation', and I like to keep myself abreast with changing consumer behaviour across the globe. I understand that brands are manifestations of company's core values, ours being - trust, quality and innovation - and I guide the efforts of our team not just to build a profitable company, but build trustworthy and everlasting brands.My interest lies in learning and knowing about futuristic technologies, and I also look for opportunities to network with entrepreneurs and thought leaders, it stimulates lateral thinking.
