Collaborated with senior Louis Vuitton Management to improve their staff rostering process using the six sigma methodology. The overarching goal of the project was to create a user friendly staff rostering model that would prevent understaffing at any point of the day. I was also awarded the Green Belt Certification for Lean Six Sigma for achievements attained through this projectImprovements Made:1) Match of staff to Traffic on a daily level was improved from 70% to 90% 2) Match of Staff to Traffic on a hourly level was improved from 80% to 90%3) Optimization of shift and Break timings to prevent understaffing 4) Created a proposal for future staff hiring and development, highlighting the financial benefitsFinancial Benefits:1) Increase in revenue between 0.5% - 2% whilst utilising the same number of staff and resources
