At Switchboard, I oversaw connecting with customers, investors and industry leaders. I representing the company at shows as well as surveying the trucking industry and logistics market. This included face-to-face meetings with customers in different environments as well as involvement in events to help secure funding for Switchboard.Responsibilities included - Market research, sales, cold calling, and marketing - Strengthening investor relations and investigated additional funding channels - leading product development research by working with new and existing customers via phone and in-person meetings - Conducting sales “A/B” testing, presentations, online webinars, and web campaigns
