As a multifaceted professional at IDS (Institute of Digital Studies), my journey has been marked by a deep commitment to student success and the promotion of digital marketing education. In my role as a Customer Success Manager, I've had the privilege of working closely with our students, providing them with personalized support, guidance, and resources to ensure they thrive in the dynamic field of digital marketing. Additionally, I've played an integral role in the sales and marketing initiatives at IDS, where my responsibilities have encompassed reaching out to prospective students, conducting product demos, presenting the value of our educational programs, and fostering strong relationships. I've also been responsible for data management, ensuring that student records and information are accurately maintained and securely managed. I take pride in being a resource for our students, helping them overcome academic hurdles, nurturing their career growth, and sharing my passion for digital marketing.

As the co-founder of Nuts Ent. & Promotions, I embarked on a journey to nurture and promote passion across various domains. Our vision was to create a platform where individuals could showcase their talents in front of real audiences, and we began by launching the Nuts Humour Club. This venture aimed to support and promote passionate individuals, spanning comedians, dancers, singers, musicians, magicians, gamers, and more. We passionately curated over 100 events across Delhi-NCR, forming valuable partnerships with eight venues in the region.My role extended beyond event curation. I engaged with venue owners, articulating our vision for talent promotion within their spaces. These collaborations were founded on the shared belief in the power of passion.However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted our traditional event model. In response, I initiated a strategic shift, launching Nuts Media Hub in 2020. This digital marketing agency focused on promoting passion by providing comprehensive digital marketing services. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, we effectively served over 100 clients across India, continuing our mission to nurture and promote passion in the digital realm."
