I run Jagriti Yoga, a holistic wellness initiative that empowers individuals to unlock their inner potential through tailored programs.In addition, I am a certified Ikebana artist and a Level 1 teacher registered with Sogetsu Japan and Sogetsu Victoria. Through Gauri’s Ikebana Creations, I offer accredited diploma courses in both Basic and Advanced levels, as well as non-clinical art therapy classes, blending creative expression with therapeutic benefits.
