-AMISP project costing & finalizing the proposal of CIMI in AMISP across India. -AMISP project finalizing & participating in kickoff meeting under UP region.-Preparing planning for projects establishment, resource planning, SOPs finalizing, application training and setting quality standard as per required by Client. ➢ Understanding general condition of contract and giving timely inputs for betterment, providing contractual documents for order finalizations.➢ Actively participation in Client meeting regarding CI (Consumer Indexing) & MI (Meter installation) for the execution plan and mitigation plan.➢ Preparing planning for work start up, submission to client and regular monitoring the project performance.➢ Preparing micro planning and mitigation plan if any downfall occurs in progress.➢ Preparation of saturation report with their administrative control hierarchy.➢ Elimination of manual operations, meter reading, disconnection and reconnection.➢ Implementation of safety of workmen and Quality of work at site.➢ Survey and Smart meter installation quality monitoring, data validation and management. Timely quality audit for survey and installation as per SOPs. Improving work Quality and avoiding the resurvey and rework.➢ Daily report compilation and validation of all 6 districts CIMI work in UP.➢ Timely invoicing and maintaining cash flow of project.➢ HSE Management at site, maintaining highest level of safety measures at onsite/off site and near miss/safety incident reported on time.➢ Monitoring inventory management of all sites with proper material reconciliation. ➢ Meeting with IT team for MDM, HES and integration to Utility billing system.
