As Co-Founder and CTO, reporting to CEO, I was responsible for establishing office and new team comprising developers, QA, UI designers and customer support executives comprising 35 people. I was accountable for discovering requirements and establishing workshops to complete functional roadmap and required to establish scalable system architecture utilising NodeJS, ReactJS, Apache Kafka and AWS technologies to ensure business continuity, efficiency and stability. I was targeted to build multiple technology interfaces including leadership analytics dashboard, management and store configuration interfaces for operations with mobile apps and websites for sales and delivery. Key achievements include: ◼ Delivered 100% of roadmap for multiple product lines.◼ Achieved cost saving of 40%, combining outsourcing with inhouse Technical Team.◼ Successfully executed technology roadmap within budget constraints of $250k. ◼ Designed system to convert inhouse requirements into products that gained commercialisation approval for 2 customers to gain $50k revenue.
