After graduating from XLRI in 2018, I worked with Orange Services Pvt LTD. on payroll of Teamlease having Bihar Government as client supervising 700+ employees working on payroll of 3 different companies and handling entire Gamut of HR Functions which included but not limited to Sourcing, Screening, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Inducting, Handling Employee's grievances, Imparting soft-skills training, Attendance and Payroll management, Ensuring Statutory compliance (as per Labor Laws like CLRA Act, PF Act etc.) pertaining to 3 different contractor, De-Boarding etc. After that I worked with Global Siksha Pvt Ltd as Talent Acquisition Specialist and Innoviv Info Systems as HR Executive. My current company is Chenoa Information Services joined in Apr 22, where I am working as a Lead - Talent Acquisition performing tasks such as Sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Referrals, Whatsup group etc., Screening, interviewing candidates according to their position they applied for, onboarding, CTC negotiations, employees grievances redressal, Vendor and Client Management, providing leadership and resolution skills to client and employees' issues and concerns. catering to complete life cycle of recruitment as well as employee and client management, Employee Engagement. I am an IT Engineer too apart from being an alumnus of XLRI. After engineering in 2006, I have worked with Infosys in various capacity ranging from Technical/Banking Domain/Telecom Domain consultant, Tester, Team Lead ( Testing, Maintenance & Support)/IT Recruiter. Well acquainted with SDLC, STLC & Testing Methodologies, & possess sound knowledge of Test Life Cycle (TLC). Hands on experience in designing Test Scenarios, Test cases & execution of Test Cases, based on functional/ Software specifications. Expertise on different types of tests- Functional, Sanity, Usability, Regression, Iterative Testing & System Testing. Since being a native of Bihar where great personality once resided, I have kind of inherited something from majority of them. I am fearless and courageous like “Ashoka The Great”, Compassionate and endurable like “Lord Buddha”, endowed with qualities like Transformational Leadership, Visionary, Influencer, Motivator as “Chanakya” was. I am rational with problem solving & Analytical skills inherited from “Aryabhatta”. I am an effective writer too. I am not the one who could be caged into “Cage of Rationality”, If need be and for greater good of Organization, I won’t shy away from taking peculiar or unprecedented decision backed by innovation, creativity and conviction.
