• As the world faced the global pandemic Covid-19 I had an opportunity to be part of the health services department of Kerala Worked under data management team and tracing team for Covid 19 Surveillance unit, District Collectorate. • To be an integral part of surveillance duty, got hands on various fields including direct tele conferencing data collection from the International, Domestic Passengers.• Recruited as Data entry and was promoted to handle over different roles since it was a pandemic situation and based on the roles, got an opportunity to handle the international domestic Airline, Ship, Road and Rail passengers. • Handled Inbound and outbound call services. • Being part of the health service department, I had a great opportunity to work under the best health professionals for a long span of time, under the routine challenges and crises across the work atmosphere and learned to manage with optimal resources for the best output. • Worked under the tracing team of the nearest contact and infected. • Given responsibilities to lead a team on data management and head the Airline tracing team as well as to monitor the data. • Given direct responsibilities to supervise the data obtained from testing institutions. • The exposure, and experience was vast under this work environment, the responsibilities were tedious and challenging. In addition to that promoted to compose daily line list preparation for the district, it was vexatious since the data was huge which had to be perfect and to be completed within the time frame as it was declared by the state, to be shared and accessed for the complete follow up. • I value the insights, being more productive and how the work profile has positively evolved me to be more efficient to take effective measures in the middle of routine challenges.

• Worked as Data Entry operator for Project UDID for Kerala Health Service Department. • As a data entry operator worked on contract basis for a short period with a team of experienced empaneled doctors for the thorough examination of proofs submitted as well to verify the eligibility.• Being part of the team able acquire skills on basics of processing, Documents verification (Medical, Valid ID proof), Data collection, Data entry and error handling. • Able to understand how the clerical works and projects being handled by the Kerala Health service department under the guidance of DMO.• Although during short span able to achieve the targets and successfully complete the project within the contract period as estimated.• The UDID project initiated by Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities aims at building a holistic end-to-end integrated system for Issuance of Universal ID & Disability Certificates for Person with Disabilities with their identification and disability details.
