• Ensuring Sales and Technical service support related development activities in Decorative segment.• Supporting the Projects and Retail segment in achieving their objectives.• Responsible for managing Product Complaints in Decorative segment for Middle East, India & Africa.• Supporting the Projects and Retail team with Independent test certificates as specified by the consultants.• Addressing and supporting the technical service issues raised by local Sales and Technical service.• Responsible for testing the products with International labs in coordination with R & D Lab.• Training the Decorative Sales and Technical Service team.• Development of Technical Training Program.• Auditing the progress of assigned projects with Local Sales and Technical Service team to ensure that the painting application process is as per standards, specifications and procedures.• Maintaining high quality of paint application by conducting on site testing and issuing non-conformance at site when necessary to ensure the application is as per standards.• Liaise closely with sales team by coordinating customer requirements, product deliveries to maintain the project deadline and high technical quality of service.

• Providing Customer Service by conducting various troubleshooting and doing Instrumental analysis or routine analysis (Analytical Lab Department) for all the customer complaints in different market segments like General Metal Finishing, Electronics, .• Responsible for the Complete Operation of Analytical lab.• Operation and maintenance of all analytical equipment’s as per Standard Operating Procedure.• Responsible for Sample entry, sample analysis and report generation based on KPI.• Handling various advanced high-end instruments with proper skill set like – High performance liquid chromatography, Ion chromatographyAtomic absorption SpectrophotometerUV-Vis SpectrophotometerCyclic voltametric stripping Total organic carbonTitroprocessor
