Leading the team responsible for the development, programme management, delivery and implementation of the Corporate Identity (CI) programmes for the Volkswagen Group in the UK.Working across the Group's various Brands in the UK and with our parent factories in Germany, Spain and Czech Republic, my responsibility was delivering a retail environment that accurately reflected the personality of the Brands as well as providing a market leading customer experience.

Responsible for the co-ordination of all cross divisional European Retailer Development activity with specific responsibility for the team charged with developing and implementing a new Retail Environment concept (CI/VI) in all 3 of Honda’s product areas (Car, Motorcycle & Power Equipment) across the European region. Additionally responsible for the introduction and implementation of a new set of Minimum Franchise Standards in all 3 product areas across Europe.

Management of Honda's relationship with Motorcycle Distributors in the Nordic region, Ireland & Spanish territories.

Departmental manager responsible for the development for Honda, and its UK Dealer network, of its aftersales business through the creation and implementation of innovative new Aftersales retention products and processes. Also responsible for Cost of Ownership

Responsible for all Honda UK's Power Equipment Division's Dealer Development activity including network planning, franchising, business management, dealer review process, CI & dealer contract
