This responsibility required drafting detailed mechanical and plumbing construction documents in AutoCAD and Revit BIM. To effectively comply with CMC and OSHPD-3, I calculated building HVAC loads and room air changes. In addition, all plumbing systems were designed in compliance with CPC regulations.
