The lead marketer for Husqvarna Group 'CBD - EUAP', reporting to the VP of Brand & Marketing, I head up and oversee the Consumer Brands Division EUAP Marketing Department across the full marketing mix, at a brand, digital and trade marketing level, for the following 3 brands - Flymo, McCulloch and Universal.My key responsible include;- Strategic brand development- Digital marketing, including e-commerce website and campaign activities- Brand positioning and target market- Brand and product launch campaigns (on & off-line)- Brand and product photography/videography- Brand guidelines, product range catalogues, campaign tool kits and assets.- Team of 3 people- Annual budget of £2+ million

My role was to define, oversee and evaluate the product and service offer in all areas of University Sport. Whilst being responsible for personalising the sport offer and ensuring that University Sport provides an outstanding customer experience for a wide and diverse range of customers and stakeholders. Ensuring that facility time and use is optimised by working closely with colleagues across University Sport and co-ordinating the wide range of sporting activities available and timetabling them appropriately. I was also responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they were relevant and targeted at both our internal and external consumer groups. Overseeing and organising the collation of our market research and competitor analysis requirements at both a local and university level.

As a senior manager within Berghaus, I lead the brand marketing team, overseeing the creative development and implementation of all brand and seasonal campaigns. This includes all digital, trade and consumer strategies across all channels, both online and offline, including trade shows, sales launches, photo shoots and marketing campaigns. Alongside product and market research to drive regional relevant product development and managing the regional offices to support brand and product launches within new key markets across Asia and EMEA.

My role was to lead and deliver all direct to consumer marketing with the purpose of generating visitor traffic and revenue to Berghaus mono-brand retail sites and through e-commerce at Berghaus.com.

Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, my main responsibilities included product and market research to drive regional relevant product development, launch the brand within new key markets across Asia, America and EMEA, develop strategic marketing plans to drive brand awaireness and support agency and partner business models.
