My career spans more than 25 years in the Security Industry, having fulfilled Supervisory and Senior Management roles in both the Guarding and Alarm Monitoring sectors. I started at grass roots level and through hard work, determination and dedication was able to successfully navigate through both sectors acquiring intimate knowledge and expertise in the Industry. I am an active, passionate, hands-on Operations Manager, who sets a high standard of discipline with staff in line with Company standards, while being fair in my disciplinary approach.I am meticulous in the execution of my duties, with a keen eye for detail and this is manifested in my report writing, communication skills and overall work ethic. In addition, I consider myself a people's person and always remain focused on building outstanding Customer relations. Afterall, our customers are the life blood of our business.
