Conducing 6 weekly shift meetings, arrange Training Programs, ensuring regular feedback is given to the Directors and initiating / maintaining the incentive scheme to constantly boost staff morale; Responsible for the employment and instruction of all Operations staff; Responsible for the analysis of reports submitted by Reaction and Control Room Managers for constant evaluation and improvement of overall response and maintaining the ‘Customer centric’ ethos within the operations.
