I provide economic and financial advice in a number of different contexts. I specialise in preparing expert reports for litigation and international arbitration. I have prepared reports valuing businesses, calculating lost profits, estimating reasonable royalties and advising on FRAND and regulatory disputes.I have assisted legal teams on matters in front of ICSID, SCC, UNCITRAL, CEPANI, LCIA and ICDR arbitral tribunals, the CJEU, the UK Patents Court, the UK Copyright Tribunal, and the District Court of The Hague (amongst others).
