I have experience in a wide scope of business development activities and project management, and have excelled working in a fast-paced, multi-practice/industry and multi-jurisdictional environment for a global organization.In my current role, I advise lawyers and public policy professionals on strategies for new business initiation, existing client relationship management, individual and practice or office level marketing and profile-building; manage practice group level business development initiatives and ensure their alignment with key organization-wide strategic focuses; manage and coordinate cross-practice, multi-jurisdictional business generation and marketing efforts; and represent the firm in its engagements with external partners in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. The show had a substantial following during the six years that I was the producer. Before this role, I had no previous background in this type of production and learned while on the job. I read, write and speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and frequently use this language skill in professional settings, such as interacting or communicating with senior level government officials and business leaders.
