Responsibilities/ExpectationsDevelop a strategy their teams will use to reach their goal(s). Work with the supporting departments to strengthen their teams. Communicate clear instructions to team members. Listen to team members' feedback and offer solutions. Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed. Manage the flow of day-to-day operations. Create reports to update the company on your team’s progress. Ensure that my team knows and understands the reports and where their stats are on a daily basis. Complete appraisals for direct reports. Monitor Team Lead performance and curtail action plan to improve performance Respond in a timely manner to External Escalations. Be available upon request for all client calls. Report and deep dive all performance reports. Monitor the forecast to maintain staffing
