I am an experienced Fleet controller / Senior customer service representative with 10 years experience in the Car rental industry. I have acquired many skills in my time here including leadership (i am often the senior figure that staff come to when there is a problem) fleet planning, handling my jobs from start to finish, finding cost effective solutions to any problems that arise, excellent customer service skills, time management and meeting targets. I can think outside the box and dont just focus on one aspect of my job. I will look at the greater picture and take on more tasks and responsibilities. I am very helpful and supportive of my colleagues and will often be found helping out in other departments when there is an overload of work as I am very flexible within the office space. I am very proud of being part of a team of staff members that was kept on when we were facing liquidation during Covid pandemic and have turned the company back into a thriving , world class Car rental company.
