Developed a multiple release strategy to lower delivery risk and ensure the early identification of issues. Delivered project on time and on budget.2. Application and infrastructure upgrade for Credit Portfolio Risk Management and Economic Capital Solution. I managed a team of architects and technical resources to define new integration designI managed the development and integration team, moving integration testing early in the development cycle to lower schedule risk.
