Responsibilities:- Fully responsible for the establishment, planning, initiation, execution, and final delivery of products and equipment system projects for the Flowserve Pump Division in China and overseas. - Lead, plan, monitor, direct, and provide oversight to the portfolio of projects to ensure successful completion of the project utilizing the project standards, practices, systems & tools. - Monitor, manage projects and teams during project execution to meet project objectives (quality, on timedelivery, and margin performance). - Update and report to leadership and business executives on the status of all work, risks, developments, and resource requirements.- Analyze and evaluate issues and make timely decisions with the customer and at all levels within the organization. - Identify project risk and develop risk register with mitigation plans. - Develop and drive the appropriate contingency plans during all phases of projects. - Collaborate with Sales' global account in pursuit of strategic partnering opportunities. - Drive continuous improvement and leverage of best practices during whole project execution and management.

- Overall responsible for projects operation and management in China and Asia Pacific.- Identify and prioritize projects, and to assign and utilize right/proper resources for specific projects. - Regular projects progress and status review with team members to make sure all projects are executed and operated according to global business process.- Projects schedule, cost, risks, quality and delivery monitoring and control through whole project lifecycle.- HSE process/standard application and compliance during total project execution.- Drive and conduct lesson learn actives in project closure phase to avoid mistakes/losses duplication in future projects. - Team management, coach and development. - Internal cross function department alignment and collaboration.- Customer visit and engagement.

- Full responsible for large scale projects managment, operation and delivery in Greater China and Asia Pacific.- Work as key contact for both external customers and internal cross-functional teams from project kickoff to final deliver and handover.- Project tasks and role define&assignment for team members.- Take lead on project scope and timelines setup, and each key milestones/gates control and review during project execution.- Drive and monitoring all projects progress to ensure compliance with project schedule, budget, quality and performance requirements via regular review meeting in whole project lifecycle.- In charge of project risk evaluation and control, and change management.- Regular review and report projects status to high management and key stakeholders, and find solutions to mitigate issues and risks during project implementation.- Strictly follow HSE standand and requirement during project managment, and make sure its fully application and execution.- Project bottom lines and gross margin secure within project lifecycle.- Project team members guidance, coaching and motivation.- Work closely with customer to build mutual trust and relationship.- Support and manage oversea project activities in Europe according to business requirement.

- Overall responsible for project risk,cost,quality and delivery in Shanghai operation. - Conduct proposal and contract review with team members to identify project technical/business/cost risks. - Initiate project kick-off meeting both in internal organization and external customer side after contract finalization. - Project plan/timeline/budget control, and act as gate keeper of each key milestones. - Drive,manage and monitor project operation progress and support team members to resolve problem/roadblocks. - Liaise with design firm/institute to make sure on site construction go smoothly. - EPC company and subcontractors supervision and management. - Contract/engineering/manufacturing change manamgement and control. - On-site commissioning supervision and management after delivery. - Lead internal cost reduction activities with each department. - Team members performance management,goal setting and motivation.

- Responsible for project management in Shanghai operation and other subsidiaries located in Asia. - Liaise and coordinate with multi-function teams to make sure project launched and final delivered on schedule with budget.- Work with local team and 3rd party to make sure all projects are compliance with quality,safty,and local regulations.- Utilize and integrate internal and external resource to improve project execution efficiency.- Lead and drive cost reduction and optimization activities in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain areas.- Regular review with team members to manage and control the progress and execution of project.- Project team members coach, guidance and management.- Report to senior management for project progress/activities and take quick actions to mitigate risks.
