Responsible for Monetization of Clean Master product

- Manage system engineering team with 50+ engineers; be responsible for PXA986/PXA988/PXA1088/PXA1920 android integration, and customer support; also manage the functional teams, including: android audio integration, audio algorithm development, security integration, android customization, and power/performance optimization.- Build team’s capability on android system knowledge; setup the criteria to bring-up Android at Day 1 after google’s AOSP release; and setup the record to bring-up android system to home screen for complete new silicon in 12hrs.- Establish two new audio integration teams in shanghai and Nanjing, including team capability, SW process setup, and well support Samsung, Yulong’s production.- Coordinate graphics, camera, video, kernel team to provide a complete power solution to customer, setup process on power optimization, including auto power measurement system to standard the power optimization.

- Build a team up to 20 engineers, and be responsible for android integration and feature development for PXA910, PXA920, PXA950, PXA968 etc silicon’s successful production.- Lead the team to develop Android HALs, include sensor, audio, camera, overlay HAL, integrate WIFI/BT etc.- Co-work with PM on SW process build-up, and internal teams, including US, Israel team on package delivery; and successfully support Motorola, Samsung, ZTE etc 10+ customers’ production with PXA920 etc silicon.- Act as Power architect to lead multi-functional team to build a Marvell optimized power solution for PXA920 platform.

- Establish a new team to lead BSP development for one android turkey solution for PXA168. - Lead a team to cover all major BSP components’ developments, including: LCD, NAND, WIFI, Power, CMMB etc.- Co-work with hardware on hardware component’s solution, help board design, bring-up activities.

- Develop BSP drivers under Windows Mobile6, and co-ordinate shanghai/US/Israel windows BSP projects.- Develop power management solutions for PXA3xx/PXA930 platforms under windows Mobile, including: dynamic frequency/voltage scaling, and suspend/resume features, and was responsible for full platform power optimizations.- Support tie 1 customers windows BSP issues, e.g., Samsung Mirrage etc projects’ power management, system stability, video performance tuning activities. - Co-ordinate the Marvell/Microsoft joint “Crossbow” project, and provid 1st Xscale golden BSP in Microsoft releases. - Co-ordinate Marvell Shanghai windows team with Israel team on PXA930 windows mobile BSP joint development.

- Supported Tie 1 customers on MMC/SD driver, and Power management etc component.- Supported PXA270 Tie 1 customers’ issues, including: Motorola, Palm, RIM etc customers, focused on MMC/SD drivers, and power management. - Co-worked with Intel architecture team, and develop/integrate 1st CE-ATA driver under window mobile system.

- Evaluated and transplanted a libc to self-develop OS based on the Standard of ISO/IEC 9899, and took part in Magima Embedded RTOS design/development, including the memory management part.- Developed a muxer/demuxer to transform the MPEG2 TS to PS steam by Magima SOC chip.- Co-designed the DVD Video system, together with hardware engineers, and implemented the DVD navigation system based on DVD-Video Specification.
