I am a highly capable and experienced customer facing facilities management professional with an evidenced successful delivery of both hard and soft Facilities Management in numerous different contract models. Most recently this has been in the PFI and PFI handback models in local and central government and education and health sector. Significant experience is also held in leadership, client and contractor management, contract mobilisation and commercial management. I am an accomplished relationship builder and can successfully communicate with people at all levels.I have a very strong attention for detail and view things from a strategic and business focused perspective. I am passionate about ensuring the customer, be they internal or external, receive the best possible levels of customer service at all times and constantly strive to improve on-going processes and procedures to ensure this.
