These roles have given me experience and exposure across all areas of maintenance and capital management principals and integral team involvement in the management and planning of major shutdowns and planned/ unplanned events with a refined focus on safety management.I have a sound understanding of budget management, analysis and forecasting, as well as how to operate within these constraints. I am experienced in the implementation of asset maintenance strategies, including strategies to increase equipment reliability and the improvement of team members through training, development and performance programs.I am a highly motivated, results driven person and an experienced manager/team leader. I work well under pressure to deliver all work to a high standard, in an efficient manner and to tight deadlines. I am well organised, have the ability to take initiative and lead my team by example. I hold trade certificates along with management and leadership certifications as well as an engineering diploma.
