I come from a small town, New London, Ohio. I’ve grown up in a rural community. Growing up I trained and nourished a variety of livestock, but my main focus was horses. With this opportunity of a lifetime, I learned a lot about the different breeds and what taking care of them really meant. I actually got so invested in it I decided to compete in our county fair. One year turned into two, which eventually turned into three. If there’s one thing I learned with taking care of these animals and training them, is that hard work is rewarded and appreciated not solely by the beneficiary. Self satisfaction in success is one of the best feelings to feel & to know.
