I'm Gavin Hatch, a native Floridian, born and raised in the greater Orlando area. As I have spent most of my life here, it brings me no greater pleasure than to call here home. Being a first-hand witness of the state’s growth and development over the years, especially within the field of real estate, has been awe inspiring and I cannot wait to see what the future holds.At the age of 15, my journey of delivering top-notch customer service and desire for being of service to others came through a local grocery store called “Albertson’s.” A strong culture of “sales through service” was our focus, and I am so grateful for this experience as it shaped my problem-solving skills, the importance of understanding your customer, and the impact selling an experience to retain customer loyalty truly has on any business. Upon graduating, it was clear to me what my next step had to be, and I made the decision to expand my knowledge within the hospitality industry, having acquired experience within the customer service space. I became a Team Leader and Sales Coach at Universal Orlando Resort, and subsequently a Cruise Vacation Planner with Disney Cruise Line, for approximately 10 years.After a decade of creating impactful memories for Guests, I was presented with an opportunity to apply the skills developed throughout my career and became a Leasing Professional in the multi-family housing industry. Within one (1) year, I worked my way up to the position of Assistant Property Manager with Unicorp National Developments Inc. I also worked multiple new construction and community openings with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Fore Property Company.I have been fortunate to spend over five (5) years assisting countless families in finding the perfect apartment, and I am now thrilled to be a part of eXp Realty. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest investments that one makes in their lifetime, and it brings me no greater joy than to assist you throughout this process. I am here to make this as smooth a transition for you as possible, and you can count on me to be there with you, every step of the way.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband, Patrick, and our family.
