Other clients include Camelot terminals for GTECH UK, Restaurant and Hotel chains for Whitbread group, Shell Forecourts, Chip and Pin machines for Starbucks via NCR and installation of high end TV’s for Marks & Spencer, Sharp and Richer Sounds. Managing various internal suppliers including Service Desk and Field Resource to ensure process is followed to adhere to contractual SLA’s and KPI’s Managing communication with customer Third Party Service Delivery Managers Managing and insuring end user customer satisfaction is achieved Cleansing, exception reporting and root cause analysis to ensure SLA’s are met and to allow service improvement areas to be addressed Attending monthly and annual Service reviews, addressing areas in which service improvement plans can be made. Daily, weekly and monthly SLA, KPI reports for 5 clients
