This role requires me to plan and design age appropriate training curriculum and programs. In addition, I prepare weekly handouts for coaches and players. I use the software InStat Scout for analysing upcoming oppositions and produce match preparation reports for the Head Coach. These reports include oppositions’ strengths and weaknesses, system & style and also suggested strategies. On top of that, I assist in planning and execution of training sessions, which are designed in accordance to a periodised program.
