I am having the overall responsibility in overseeing and running the Elite Academy’s Program (Under 8s to 16s). This role requires me to plan and design age appropriate training curriculum and programs. In addition, I prepare weekly handouts for coaches and players. I use the software InStat Scout for analysing upcoming oppositions and produce match preparation reports for the Head Coach. These reports include oppositions’ strengths and weaknesses, system & style and also suggested strategies. On top of that, I assist in planning and execution of training sessions, which are designed in accordance to a periodised program.
